Hi. Thanks for all the times you've left encouraging notes for me.
Hope you are having a truly happy and stress free day. I think we eat to try and escape stress but all we do is add to it. It's like a vicious circle for those who are caught. Somehow we need to find ways to break the cycle and then we will be so much better.
Is there a spiritual answer? There must be somewhere. God must know us inside out, (see Psalm 139), so surely He wants the best for us. All we have to do is find it ........ Seek and you shall find.
I'm impressed by the exercise you are doing. That is really good.
